-We will host open houses as often as possible. Usually on Saturdays and Sundays. Occasionally we will even do a Friday evening.

-Folders with various informational items for future buyers will be created and given to those who attend our open houses.

-We will provide potential buyers with multiple connections to mortgage lenders.

-Feature your property in the Home View. We will place regular ads in the Home View, and we may even be able to feature the property on the cover and/or back cover.

-We will advertise your property and all open houses on various social media sites and both our team website and Hegg, REALTORS® web sites.

-We can send out postcards in and near the area of your home to announce that your house is on the market and ready to view.

-Our team with be with you every step of the way.

-You can expect exceptional customer service from everyone involved.

Curb Appeal:

Sweep the front and back steps and sidewalks
Remove any snow, ice, leaves or any debris from the front and back patios
Remove toys, bikes, and newspapers
Park extra cars away from the home
Trim plants and shrubs
Apply fresh paint where needed; door trims, window trims, etc.
Clean windows and window coverings
Make sure the roof and gutters are in good condition
Mow the lawn frequently and plant flowers to add color

Interior Home Appeal:

Buying a house is an emotional decision and buyers need to be able to imagine themselves in your home.

Kitchens and bathrooms should shine
Clean carpets and vacuum regularly
Put dishes away, unless setting a formal display for decoration
Make beds and put away all clothing
Have window treatments on windows, this can have a huge impact on your home showing well
Keep drapes open and turn on lights for a brighter feel
Organize closets and put away extra clothing
Put toys away and out of site
Play soft music on the radio/sound system
Make the house smells clean and inviting
Keep pets and their “stuff” out of the way and pet areas clean and odor-free
Pack away collectables and anything not needed
Enhance the spaciousness of each room by removing clutter and unneeded furniture
